It is similar excercise like military press. Diference is usage of dumbbell. Dumbbells are dificult to coordinate so you shoulder work diferently thnen on regular military press. It is great additional excercise fot shoulder development.


  1. Grab dumbbells into you hands
  2. Palce tehm next to your head
  3. Press upwards
  4. Movent end till your arms are fully extended
